Elmlea Schools Trust has reviewed their Good Behaviour policy, with the new policy in place from Term 3 2025. We have reviewed our current approach and coordinated essential training on attachment and ensured all staff have a secure knowledge of managing behaviour using a relational approach for children for when this is appropriate. The working group has consulted with children, staff, governors to produce a Behaviour Policy and an Exclusions Policy which reflects the ethos of Elmlea Schools Trust.
