Elmlea Schools’ Trust was formed in September 2019 and consists of Elmlea Infant School and Elmlea Junior School. Both schools are currently rated Outstanding during the most recent OFSTED inspections.

Our Elmlea schools’ provision runs from our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) provision in Reception through to Year 6, offering a rich and inspiring curriculum for all our children led by our dedicated staff team. Our experienced teaching and support staff staff have the highest aspirations for every child at Elmlea and committed to nurturing and developing children’s learning. Each child is valued for their own individual strengths and personality. We encourage all children to develop the skills to become better learners, to have high self-esteem and a belief that they can achieve. Parents are the first educators of their children and are welcomed to work closely in partnership with the schools to support their child’s learning and development.

Our vision for Elmlea Schools’ Trust is to be; “An inclusive community; everyone thriving, empowered to be forever learners, within the world we care for.”

Our core values are: Kindness, Respect, Community.

We want our pupils to be inquisitive and develop a passion for learning that lasts for the rest of their lives. Our role is to help them blossom and grow: learning new skills, having new opportunities and challenges. When they transfer to secondary school, we want our pupils to be well-prepared, responsible, confident, mature and have the happiest memories of their time with us.

Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you would like any more information.
